New Boater Starter Set

As a boater of many years we have complied a small selection of what a new boater should consider buying for his first boating experience:

I have included a 7" GPS Combo Fish finder as it is easier to read, a good compass, good VHF Radio, Good antenna, anchor, anchor rope, mooring line one short one long, PFD's, PFD lights (Water activated), throwable PFD, and a first aid kit. The only thing not here is a flare kit. 

Of course you can go bigger, or better if you want but if you are just getting started here is where to start!
